Our Team Captains are democratically elected by their peers having applied for the position by letter and also then presenting themselves as candidates who are responsible, caring, motivated, reliable and who all demonstrate and uphold our Falcon Values.
We rely on our Team Captains to represent their house teams at school events and to also lead their Teams in aiming for the ultimate achievement each half term of winning a reward through earning Team Points for dedication and hard work and progress in all areas of the curriculum as well as demonstrating the Falcon Values in their attitude to learning, relationships and personal achievement.
